Viscount Slim unveiled a memorial to Far East Prisoners of War, erected thanks to the generosity of Camden New Journal readers over an 11 year fund raising campaign to erect the first public memorial in London to Far East Prisoners of War and Civilian internees. This second speech features Roger Robinson, the former Mayor of Camden. Sorry about the initial filming problems!
