中國絕不會容忍菲國非法侵佔仁愛礁
據參考消息網3月18日報道 境外媒體援引中國外交部發言人洪磊17日的發言表示，菲律賓向仁愛礁守軍運送建材遭中國海警船驅趕，中國絕不會容忍菲國非法侵佔仁愛礁，並對菲國可能採取進一步挑釁行動保持高度警戒。
　　據臺灣“中央社”3月17日報道，洪磊表示，菲律賓1999年曾多次向中國承諾，將拖走因故障在仁愛礁坐灘的軍艦，2003年又明確承諾不會因仁愛礁問題，成為第一個破壞《南海各方行為宣言》的國家。
　　洪磊指出，更令人震驚的是，菲律賓居然宣布，15年前非法坐灘的軍艦，就是為“非法佔領中國的仁愛礁”。
　　他強調，中國對菲律賓可能在南海採取進一步挑釁行動保持高度警戒，“菲方必須擔負由此產生的一切後果”。
